I am willing to forgo
all that had mattered
The next step shall be harder than before
But to rid my heavy self
then it shall be so
To live is Christ
To die is gain
I want to know the Love of Christ
And be enslaved
by that forceless voice
Calling my name for the
Eternity prepared
Oh only let my ears be ever so hearing
and my pride engulfed to
place him in its place
I want to know the Love of Christ
The amazing grace
who can rightly describe
Yet available to the hands of the blind
Such sacred word uttered by the infants' lips
though inadequate praise
has he ordained
the amazing grace
I cannot describe
One day
One expectantly awaited day
there I shall wake up
I shall open my eyes and see him face to face
There uncovered,
Glory, Splendor, Beauty
His hands touching mine
His voice calling
embracing this meek
Will then, I know the Love of Christ?
Will I ever know the Love of Christ?
